Packaging

We use recycled packaging were possible. Items are wrapped in bubble wrap and recycle paper.

Damaged or Lost Items

Please contact us at support@xinastudios.co.nz within 7 days of arriving if your item is damaged. Please take photos and keep all original packaging. If you haven't received your parcel within 7 days from sent date please contact NZPOST 0800 501 501 with tracking number.

Returns

We do not give a refund and returned if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully.

1-2 days for order Processing , We will hand-selected and carefully packaged with your items. The order will sending out in with 1-2days with overnight NZ courier so your older should be with you 1-4 days depending on location.

We are Wellington based, So Northland orders are likely to be delivered quicker.
