Shipping Within New Zealand

Flat rate shipping is $10 via NZ Couriers Overnight Shipping

Free shipping for orders over $100

Delivery time 1-3 business days, Rural allow extra 1-2 days.

Order packing Time 1-2 business days, Handmade craft pre-older with 7 days.

Parcel issues

If you haven't received your parcel within 7 days from sent date please contact NZ Couriers 0800 800 841 with tracking number.

International Shipping

If you live outside New Zealand and wish to purchase an item please email us at support@xinastudios.co.nz or send message to facebook for a shipping quote. 

Packaging

We use recycled packaging were possible. Items are wrapped in bubble wrap and tissue paper. I will wrap with care.

Damaged or Lost Items

Please contact us at support@xinastudios.co.nz within 7 days of arriving if your item is damaged. Please take photos and keep all original packaging.If you haven't received your parcel within 7 days from sent date please contact NZ Couriers 0800 800 841 with tracking number.
